My mind could not understand
I was lost, confused, out of it
And it was too foggy to see clearly
But then you popped up and cleared the fog
You made sure I was okay
That I wasn't losing it
And helped guide me out of the mess that is my mind
Repaired my heart
And restored my hope
My faith
My humanity
So I thank you for all you have done
In the form of this short poem
